DISCUSSION QUESTION #1


1.       What is apartheid? (See Foreword) How did apartheid affect the groups involved (Whites, Colored, Blacks, etc.) ECONOMICALLY AND/OR POLITICALLY?

    Apartheid is when two groups of people are separated because of their race. Many people were humiliated due to the color of their skin. All darker colors were discriminated against. This was a big economical problem in Africa for many years.
